I Need a Help from You.............?

Hi Guys,

Am new to qatar, am join in a small construction co. in my company am the only civil engineer so no one here for help me. now am struck with Estimation for projects anybody help give a good advice or some tips to me.............

How i can handle this one. nw i need any sample or(aprx.) current rate for construction business....
