Should HIV positive workers have to tell their employers or friends of their status?

in the case of HIV it works, because it is not infectious in normal working conditions,,,there has th be a real exchange of body fluids, such as unprotected sex or a needle ,,,

Hep C is the real danger,,,,,you can become infected from drinking from a cup with infected saliva on it,,,,thats why restaurants MUST have a very hot water automatic dishwasher...like 170 degrees F.....

or you could just hang your bird out in today'a heat! :)

Let's tke Canada..

It's better to be upfront. Finding out after the fact could open you up to legal action in some instances..

job is affected by being HIV. Their job has to be investigated ....If they are a person doing paperwork in an office, then thats fine,,,but if they are a surgeon then no,,,,for obvious reasons,,,,and the authorities can make the decisions.

Thats how we do it in Canada.
