Hey QL! Can someone give me some advice on what to do in this situation: I've been going through the classifieds and found a car I'd like to buy.

Problem is, the contact number posted has 8 digits... If anyone wants the link I'll PM it to you. Another thing to take note of is that his/her account as 0 points so I assume that he/she used this site just to ad for the sale so I doubt if I send them a PM they'll even notice. What are my options?
