i would like to know what are the procedures in qatar labour law to dismiss an employer from the company..before the 2 years contract period..other than the agreement condition...is it enough to pay the salary till date
I hope you meant 'employee' NOT 'Employer'. If the employee is still in the probationary period, then its okay the salary up to the day departure is enough. If he has completed his probationary period, you have to give him a 30 days notice or a payment equivalent to his 30 days wages. If he has completed one year, then you have pay the gratuity and vacation pay as well (21 days per year minimum).
