Hello Everyone,
My name is Sayed Nadeem.I am a mechnical engineering graduate.I want you all people to help me on this weird issue. My father Mr.Mohammad Ashfaque had worked for 4 years in Qatar as a Construction Manager. He was deported to India through India Embassy due to Ill treatment and not granting exit permit by his sponsor in the year 2007.Now when he returned back to Doha in December 2009 on a visit visa from a close friend and was in a process to apply for resident permit he was not allowed a resident permit due to some black-listing by his previous sponsor. His previous sponsor has also made fake cases and complaints against him after his deportation and also made what my father said was "Qazia" by the Qazi. Can anyone tell me how to remove the Qazia or can give me some legal advices. My Father wants to come back to Qatar as he has invested lots of money over there in construction business. Also please let me know if there are any qatari website to check for a black-listed persons or any laws related to it.I have tried all other means the Ministry of interior,Amiri Diwan but I did`nt got any reply. So please help me on this issue.
Regards.
Nadeem Sayed

you have to know why your father was black listed in here and why he was deported..Qatar will not blacklist and deport any body without due process of law proceedings, for sure there was..Study the case and consult a lawyer will be a better option for u friend.
