Getting a CR in Qatar

Could anyone help me in getting the complete process of getting a CR for starting a business in Qatar?
Would like to know the following:
1. How to source for a sponsor?
2. What are the legal documents that need to be submitted to get the CR?
3. What is the process of getting a CR?
4. Location and building - Is it ok if we can take a villa somewhere in Doha and not a commercial building.
