My friend's wife had several tests for fingerprints, but his fingerprints are not detected by the computer.also with the manual fingerprint was also not detected.actually there is no problem with her finger.so if any body have experiences or have anything idea how to get solution and way out for this problem,we really appreciate and are grateful

My wife had the same problem before. We went couple of times in finger printing department but she doesn't have any finger print (using computer and even manual finger print). The captain (from finger printing department) said we must get a doctor certification that she has a problem. We did a consultation in Medical Center (Dr. Hassan Al-Abdulla) in D-ring road and the doctor gave her a cream and some medicine tablet. You cannot buy the cream and medicine over the counter in any drugstore. You might have a different finger print problem so better to consult a doctor. It took her 1 1/2 weeks taking the medicine and cream, then we went back to finger printing again. It was a miracle that the computer got her finger print after all.Goodluck... i have done my finger print last month ..there is no problem with my finger prints but they say its not been updated in their records...i have gone there thrice to check if its updated but everytime they have the same answer "come later its not updated"...what should i do ....
can anyone help...

My wife have the same problem in finger printing. Can you give me the name of the doctor in hamad your friend consulted with? Is it in hamad or in rumailah? Did he undergo any treatment before he got the letter from dermatologist addressed to MOI? In the finger printing, did he speak to the captain or he went through the normal line and show the letter to the counter officer?
Can i have his number so that i can talk to them directly?
My wife/son visa will expire 2nd week of June and i dont like them to go back just because of the finger printing issue.

he went to a dermatologist here in hamad general hospital. i really dont know what they give him. but he also got a letter from the dermatologist doctor about his problem and it is address to the ministry of interior . so i advice she went to a doctor and get an advice.

she has tried five times a fingerprint but always failed after that they request some additional documents such as Qatar ID, job certificate letter for her husband to the next process and have been waiting for one week, but after that she had information to repeat print again.tiil now there is no notification from them regarding the return to Indonesia .

My friend is having the same problem. we work in hamad hospital. and unfortunately they tell him that he must go back to the philippines. but the hospital is still trying to do something about it so until now he is here in doha. He try again last week to do another finger print and they tell him to wait for a decision this week. Still now no decision yet.
