Filipina Housemaid - Life Insurance at end of contract

Our Filipina housemaid is due to go her country with a plan to come back after vacation. Her RP is already valid for another year.

She is saying that there is some law that the sponsor is required to visit POLO office and arrange for some life insurance, and she will not be able to return unless the sponsor buys such a life insurance for the maid at the end of the contract.

Any idea about this? How can a labor office enforce the sponsor to buy life insurance?

Maybe new rule...rules change every day here...I think the new labor law says that especially for housemaid..i think for their security...good one I think so
