Is there really a new law about family visit visa should exit qatar to allow the company that I am working process a new visa? Family visit visa can also be transferred by just paying 500riyal, right?

Okay, if your company has said that then they must be knowing the latest rules and regulations. You may check on this with one company Sheen Services who will guide you. You can get their contact number through Google.

Don't go to any typist.

First of all, working under a visit visa is illegal. I don't think a visit visa can be transferred to work visa and you will need to exit Qatar and return on a work visa, but I am not sure of this. Just wait for other QLers with knowledge on the subject to comment. Please overlook if any comment comes from Molten Metal as it is almost always a misguide.
