Family RP

Im working presently in a private company for last 4 months and my wife's RP process (6 months bank statement) is going on.

I want to change to a new job , if i change, can i continue my RP process in new company, is there any rule that bank salary statements for 6 months should be from 1 company only?

My wife is presently on visit visa, Will my changing job affect her stay in any way?
