Expat Lawyer wanted for Business Contract & Legal assistance

Can someone advise me of an Expat Lawyer in Doha who can help with the Incorporation of a company.
I need to get Articles of Association , Power of Attorney and Loan agreement between Sponsor and Shareholders of Co. made and notarized/attested by Ministry of Justice.
Please advise of an approximate amount for this kind of work and some references of a good lawyer.
Any help/advise is appreciated.

Its wrong to ask for expat lawyers, you need a local lawyer to do the job because these are done in Arabic pro-forma documents available in the Ministry.

If your partners are non-Qataris for which an english agreement will be executed, PM me for further instructions.
