exit from qatar

dear friends,last 2006 till 2009 i worked in Qatar,before i exit from Qatar one of my friend brought a q-tel sim card using my id,after two years of my band period i came to Qatar on 2012,still i am working in Qatar,when i went to q-tel to by a dongle they said me i have to pay 2000 Qatar riyal for q-tel ,that my friend used .now i am planing to go back to my country...is their is any problem if i didn't pay that money,from the air port to get my exit...because i am sufering from this problem due to small salary this is big issue for me..please give me reply

You were lucky he (or she) didn't use the phone for illegal or terrorist purposes. Then you really could be in trouble.

I don't think Ooredoo won't ban you from exiting the country because of the outstanding amount. Those sort of bans tend to come from banks.
