al rayyah is the best driving school in doha, i think so i get license from first attempt only with 12 days course the instructs are very good. try al rayah for 12 days
and no need to go to madinat khalifa like i thought u had to, just go to any licensed eye wear shops (qatar optics in city center near qtel for example) get the form and the pictures and they will do eye test sign on the form and u can attach it after that with the cr copy and the sponsor letter and take it to the school of your choice, i did it in doha school in khreteyat
