Donate or rent a villa for Expat Teen Club

We need a villa for expat teen agers to go after school and weekends. To play ping pong, cards, games watch videos with their friends in a supervised environment. There is no place to go for western teens. They are tired of hanging out in the malls. I have a teen ager and she tells me that her friends will be happy for a place like that.
