For this is what many are breaking their heads from many years. Yet the real meaning is not being implemented. All that is known is you are a bonded employee to work for your sponsor, it again depends on your destiny.

Its a contract between the two parties...the employer and the employee...but sometimes contracts are being breach in favor of the employer especially if you are already under their sponsorship :)
