Contract not the one I signed

Hi guys. I rolled up 3 months ago and after asking many times, have only received my contract. I noticed though, that the dates have been removed (as it initially stated 6 months)and none added (it is now a rolling contract without dates) and the start date has been moved forwards a week.

Does anyone know why the dates would have been removed and whether I should be concerned? Since modifications have occurred without my consent I can't help but question the legitimacy of all this. Aside from the dates everything else seems as it was.

You should check the resignation and firing clauses. If you can resign with prior notice, i don't think it will be a problem.

They might have adapted the dates accoring to you work and residence permit.

So check, salary, allowances, holidays and resignation clauses.
