hey does anyone really knows if there are new projects have put on hold in doha or dubai?

yes dear it has been affected highly...due to bankrupt an financial crisis

The construction work has definitely slowed down with big developers such as Damac , Eta Nakeel etc.. The rate of launching projects esp in jum village and towards the sports city have been frentic and what i have heard is that most developers have not been launching any new projects of late. Smalled, unknown developers have stopped construction of certain projects and there are rumors that they might even go bankrupt even though investors money is protected thru RERA.

there is a severe cash crunch in the market coz of no liquidity.
