Computer Card Lost !!!!

Dear All,

Please advice me about the procedures to get my company's computer card renewal. It's validity is over on 27-06-2012. But, My computer card original is missed from my staff during a travel in doha. Now,I want to renew the computer card of my company. I don't have the previous original one. Could you please help me in this matter. What are the procedures i have to take ?
May i take the duplicate of expired computer card or
I can directly apply for a new one with the copy of previous one ?

yes you can get a duplicate, no problem.

are you talking about your company ID Card ?

what is ur company name ?
