Company holding my december month salary

hai friends,

my company holding my december month salary for some reasons,but there is nothing wrong from my side.so where i have to complaint????I mean labour court,human rights committee or embessy??????

Good Morning Sundaresan, there seems to be some friction already between you and your company, if they are citing reasons that you have not been going to the site.Your company is building a defense against you.

ofcourse we are hearing only your version of the story.

If you resign, you should be aware that in all probability, you wont get a NOC from this company. Have you got any back up plans?

Its always easy to throw in the towel and walk away, but think this rationally. You need to speak to the management to see where the problem is, and develop a strong case for yourself.

I would also advise you to contact a lawyer, explain your situation, and seek legal advice, no harm in that.

ya am in construction company only.y i vexed u know????

they delayed the november month salary and give MEMO for me

by mentioning the subject,"am not gone to site and misleaded the client on beyond my limits"

am not gone to site for one day only that is not mention.and getting salary is my basic rights for that they mention that is beyond my limits.Even i gave a explanation for that MEMO in another paper but not signed in MEMO.i think bcoz of this reason they didnt credit my salary.Even i send their MEMO and my explanation in soft copy also.that is the proof am having.one more thing they credit december month salary to all staff

dont take hastey decisions . contact all your managera and especially your accounts department .try to verify with them. If justice is not done . then go to NHRC.Wait and see for one more month.

It might be due to that fact the company is not performing good and they are lacking fund to pay...!!!!possible....i think its better to get ur salary and find a better company since you have been receiving salary delay or on your threatening!!!

hey dude chill...are u working in a construction company? it usually happens in construction related jobs that the salary is witheld because of nonpayment from the client/main contractor.

if you are not from construction field then wish u better luck!!

I myself get my salary late every month :) and im from construction!!

even the company not provided the NOVEMBER month salary till jan 15th..i was vexed in asking the november month salary.so i took a leave on jan 16th and forward the message to HR that am not willing to work,till i get the salary.the next day salary is credited.now again for the month of december.so this time i had proof of delay of november month salary.the same is repeting ths month too.so after labour court plan to give resignation by mentioning the above mention subject.

i hope there is nothing wrong from my side

For one month salary, you want to run to court. Did you ask your company or check what's the problem. You say there is nothing wrong from your end, but what does the company say. Speak to the HR. If you go to labour court, be prepared for all consequences. Try to resolve it peacefully with your company first.

Yes you can go to Human rights committee in Qatar and sue your company...they'll ask your company for salary receipts or bank transfer proofs for December... if your company fail to do so .. they can get black listed

So go ahead...be bold!
