Changing job in new qatar law.

Hi good morning everyone, i would like to ask if there is anyone here have tried to change job through MADLSA online? Or anyone who know someone who did it? I would to know the process, requirements and the success rate of the outcome. I have finished 6 years already under indifinite contract want to change job Thanks.
