Car allocations

Dear QLers,

I need some advice.

I have been working for a branded car rental company for past 10years. I am an under graduate but my field of work doesn't require / ask for any qualification or degree. I have worked for 6years in India and 4 years in Doha in car rental representing the same brand. However i now look to quit the rent-a-car business and get myself employed in some good company here in Qatar. My question is how do i search for vacancy in any of the leading companies here in Qatar. For example if i have to search online QP or RasGas or any other leading company website, under what column should i search. I know i must search under careers or vacancy but which job suits my experience. I am sure a company that has thousands of employees needs someone to monitor the daily allocation of cars and drivers for their employees but then they do not post that vacancy on their website. I have been handling a team of 500 drivers and equally strong fleet of car for day to day assignments of my business and expertise in the allocation of cars and drivers. Have been able to take out the maximum revenue out of a single car using my allocation skills. Can anyone of you please guide or how me the correct way how i can fulfill my dream of working for a reputed oil & gas company or any company that gives proper compensation to its employees. I wish to quit my current company since am tired of working for 12+ hours a day with no benefits apart from my basic salary and housing and no increment since the day i joined the company. I may sound a lil stupid but this thought of quitting my current employer comes to my mind every now and then hence i write here in QL.
