My husband and I are planning to put up a Filipino restaurant. Can you please help us find an appropriate place to rent at the heart of Doha but the rent is minimal. What are the things we should prepare like permits, requirements so we can start soonest. How much is the total cash out and what's the minimum salary for the food servers?
Thank you for your help!
God Bless us all...=)

Totally agree with the previous answer. You really need to know what you are doing. If and when you are ready the best thing i can recommend is that you get yourself a good Qatar lawyer to walk you through the various legal requirements that need to be complied with before you can start doing business in Qatar. Good luck.

My dear aiko.. based on yout questions, it sounds like you are not really ready for as an important step in your life as opening a business. Darling, you have to make a good research prior to taking this step. You have to prepare a business plan, , which includes your initial investment + all necessary equipment (your capital), then cash flow forecast, then rent expense, salaries for your stuff, and other expenses of your future business, as well as forecast of your future income. But based on your questions, you are not sure what kind of place you will rent (therefore you don’t know what your rent will be), you are not aware about the salary expenses, etc. You cannot just jump into it without been fully prepared. I wouldn’t take this kind of risk. I would suggest to make a very good research first ( and with all my respect to QL and QLers, it’s not the best place for looking for such stuff), you have to develop a business plan, you have to see what are you going to invest and what is your profit will be, based on real figures.. then you make a decision…

Good Luck to you!
