can I find a job under other company sponsorship ?

I am under a sponsorship of one big international company in Qatar but the job give me so stressful and exhausted. I would like to looking for another company while i am still in here. Is is possible and what the procedure should take? Thanks for any information you provide.
If your company is ready to give you NOC then only you will be able to change the company otherwise you have to go back and come after 2 years
Get the NOC from your so called INTERNATIONAL EMPLOYER and thus you would be able to switch off your job without getting any ban...
You will get the ban for 2 years without NOC...

What you are planning to do is nearly impossible, though, rarely, companies here give NO OBJECTION CERTIFICATE to their employees, for their current employees looking for another company here in Qatar.
Once you are here for one company, its like marriage that you are of course binded to be with the company no matter what.
If your company does not give you an NOC, therefore, you have to go home to your home country, and come back here after two years. Basically, its a waste of time looking for other companies here as prospect for another stint, if your current company won't give you an NOC.
If you are not happy with your present situation with the company, relax a little bit, and handle your job well. Give your self and your company time to adjust with each other.
There's no harm in trying. Give your self time to decide deeply.

Sure you can get another job. but you need a NOC from your existing employer saying that he has no objection.
