Can an Asian close a business deal with an Arab National?

Due to a cultural shock between the two communities, will an Arab national trust the asian businessman or sales person or will he still prefer an arab national to finally close the business deal?

yes they can close the deal , but Arab people likes to speak Arabic so they can understand well :-)
