Business sense in Qatar...
I really am surprised how little business sense some people seem to have...
They have ten villas for rent, each of them is QR18,000 per month. These villas have now been empty for 6 months.
You offer to move in immediately for QR12,000... but the answer is No - because that is below the price they want.
There are still new developments being build, and everyone knows that a large percentage of properties are in fact empty.
Do your basic maths, property manager... another 6 months with no tenants = 216,000 loss in total!
The market is clearly changing - your price needs to reflect it... or just change your job title to a 'tea boy' ;o)

I know what you mean.
I order some uniforms with our company logo. They were meant to be made to order - i.e. sizes were agreed, but when delivered the sizes were all wrong so we refused delivery.
They are now stuck with hundreds of shirts with our logo. We offered to take them with 25% discount to hand out as Eid gifts to the labourers, but they said they would only give 17%.
They are still stuck with 100s of useless shirts!!!
