Anyone else have QIB ATM problem?

In the past two weeks I have had 2 seperate QIB ATM;s NOT give me the amount of money I selected!! I requested 100QR each time and each time I only received 50QR!!! So a total of 100 QR is where? In the machine!!! When I called to complain they said to contact my bank (which is NOT them nor will it ever will be now) and I told them it;s THEIR machine not my bank that made the mistake, they said there was nothing they could do??? What??? Its their machine!!! YEAH QIB, great customer service and I will tell as many people as I can, the best advertising is word of mouth and I say; QIB SUCKS!!!
And Mikaylasmom, my bank is also in US, not here, wonder if there is a connection.

Well, I've been using QIB ATM since almost 6 years & never get this problem, even never heard about it. Maybe you have a bad luck on that time
the QIB customer service is right in telling you to contact you bank, in this scenario you have to file a dispute in your bank and it will be a bank to bank communication... no bank in the world (ATM that is) will be able to refund your money right away. It happens that some ATM, sometime malfunction.. so the next time this scenario will happen to you, do not hesitate to call your bank as they're the only one who can help you to retrieve your money.
This happened to me just a couple of days ago, but it was a QNB machine at Carrefour Villaggio. I asked for 500QR and it only gave me 100QR. I called my husband to check the bank account and he said only 100QR was taken out. Went to another QNB machine and got the rest of the money. I don't back here though, my bank is Bank of America. Weird huh??
They are right in this case, you have to contact your bank to complain, they will take the matter with QIB...
your bank will only be able to help you. Not QIB.
