You can find V.Phone every where in main malls like Villagio ... they are a mobile telephone operators.
the international calls just up to end of Sep. 2009 will be 0.50 QR but they didn’t publish the original cost yet ...
Qtel has made against that for SHAHRY users a less price also ... if you want more detail you can see both web site
