Anybody knows about what difference between Senior Foreman and General Foreman (Catering) for QP?

Hello everybody.

I would like to seek help from you guys about the difference btw Senior Foreman(Grade 10) and General Foreman(Grade 8)for Catering Divison at QP.

My husband firstly got contact agreement for Senior Foreman and he already signed it. Somehow 2 weeks ago the agent gave him a single sheet of contract agreement saying that there was a reshuffle of organization and QP offered him General Foreman instead with some additinal allowances but we didn't see the full contract agreement. We are not satisfied with how the agent disclosed some of the informations.

Furthermore the 1st contract, it mentioned that dependent can tagged along but the now the Working Visa for General Foreman, no dependent was stated in the dependent particulars.

I really hope anyone working in QP can give us some infos. It is very important because the Entry Visa has been released to my husband. I do not want something bad happened at Qatar because he will be working very far from Malaysia and it is very hard to find help if he got stuck there and was cheated.
