Annual Leave Due & My last day

Hi All,

I have submitted my Resignation letter to my compnay on last week and They accepted also ,Completed 3 years in qatar , Feb 17 is my last working day with my present company , My annual leave also coming in the same time that means i am eligible for one month paid leave(Feb 12) , Now my questions is , As per Qatar law , My present employer will pay my annual leave salary(One month Salary) along with my final settlement or Simply they will not pay ?

if your leave is due then thay have to pay full leave salary along with your End of Service benefits

You should get paid for 21 days of your leave along with your End of Service benefits. If they fail to pay you can report the matter to the Labor Office which will help you out.
