Am looking for a sponsor to partner with in starting a new Web Solutions company

Am looking for a sponsor to partner with in starting a new Web Solutions company in Doha for services like E-Commerce, Content Management Systems & Web Portals(Intranets, Extranets,etc). Other services might include Intrusion Detection & Prevention Solutions for large companies. We haven't done any fiscal market research in Qatar but we want to target the mid to large sized market. Our solutions are custom made to particular clients hence unique to each one. I look forward to anyone with market data on the above solutions to partner with.
