to everyone . we are going to start a new restaurant .i am stuck in one place actually we found a place to open our restaurant. the building owner doesn't have a building licence. is it possible that without licence we will get a permission from baldia to open a restaurant.the owner lost his licence. he said that you will sort it by urself.

without licence its useless to get CR ?

or anyone call help me regarding this issue or help me to get a permission from baldia.

thanks for your reply. i already found a shop. basically its a grocery shop and they are going to windup very soon. problem is that owner doesn't have a building licence. without licence baldia will not give the permission to open a restaurant.

do you guys know anybody/agent who will help out me for this problem
