3rd Party@Q-Shell & RLP

Hi Friends,
My employer was dealing with Velosi Certification LLC for certification of Equipments and operators.Many of our staffs are supplied by Velosi right from Security to Safety Officers to Crane operators to Lifting Supervisors. Now we are in trouble as we try to supply some equipments and personnel to Shell PGTL and RLP Expansion project. We are told that Velosi is banned for various reasons such as accidents caused by Velosi cetified equipments,lack of qualification for Velosi Inspectors etc. Many QA/QC people say that Velosi has lost its status of an Independent 3rd party organization as Velosi is in many business like manpower supply, contracting and NDT.
Kindly help me find a better 3rd party company asap.

There are other certifications companies approved by QP. i also heard the same story regarding velosi that they are banned in some QP areas. my company is dealing only either with TUV SUD or ABS, both on our onshore and offshore lifting equipments and operator training.
