WORK TIMING OF IMMIGRATION TO APPLY VISIT VISA IN EID HOLIDAYS

I want to apply for visit visa for my relative who will exit on june 23 ,2017 and as i heared to goverment offices will be closed before that , if i want to reapply for visit visa immediately in which office can i apply , any visit visa service centres will opened anyone knows how the working hours will be in eid holidays,
