School buses form long queues at gas station

Now that summer is over and the schools have reopened, things have fallen back to their same old routine.
If you don’t leave home well before or well after the usual school opening hours, then you might better make sure that you have some good music to listen to while you’re stuck in that traffic.
Although school buses aren’t the most popular form of transport for students in Qatar, earlier this year the Mowasalat officials of Qatar announced that there will be an increase in the number of school buses to at least 42 percent to 780 vehicles.
Also, a 2012 report issued by the Rand-Qatar Policy Institution claimed that only one third of approximately 200,000 school going children use the school bus.
However, today at the Al-Rayyan Petrol Station, a long line of school buses were waiting to be refueled. It was observed that this queue of school buses extended till the local supermarket, Family Food Center (FFC) in Al-Rayyan.
The reasons as to why most school buses seem to be using this particular gas station remain unclear. Yet, many people are of the opinion that the number of gas stations in Qatar aren't sufficient.
In fact, the Central Municipal Council (CMC) has urged the Qatari government to review the number and location of gas stations in Qatar and not to demolish the already existing privately run stations.
Also, a report was submitted by the members of the CMC's services and public facilities commitee adressing a shortage of pumps as opposed to the increase in traffic in Qatar.
Any thoughts?
