Try to get to the Karwa bus station. Most people could guide you on how get there easily and at low cost. Once you are there check at their office and talk to the Supervisor. Tell him where you live and where you would like to go everyday back and forth. He will surely guide you and let you know the bus route numbers if any that will take you to your destination and bring you back home. Also, try talking to some people at the place you are living and they could guide you also.

If you want to go anywhere in Doha the best way to do it is with a car or a motor bike. Taxis are corrupt, buses are slow, and trains don't exist. Once you have a car you can buy a GPS system and then you can always go wherever you want.
