Wrong dates on Qatar PCC

Hello, I have applied for the Canada Immigration and they rejected because the dates mentioned on my wife's PCC are wrong, she entered Qatar on Nov 2014 and RP issued on May 2015 and Qatar issue the PCC from RP dates not from the date she arrived in Qatar.

Now I have to get corrected this dates on PCC, how can I do this from India?
