Visa concern
Hi good day! I am from Philippines. I just want to ask regarding my visa. I had a visa for 6 mos last yr issued by my employer. But unfortunately, my visa got expired Sept.16,2018. Bcoz my employer had a problem. I waited for it to get expired. I checked it last night on MOI, it says there the validity has expired but the visa status is valid to use. What is that mean? Coz I have a new employer now and they're about to apply my visa. Can someone tell me if my new employer apply a visa for me, even if my prev visa status is valid to use? Please help me. Thank you.

Oops sorry let me correct it, it's not visa not found. The visa validity is expired, but the visa status is valid to use. Has anyone knows if my new employer can apply a new visa for me? I would appreciate your response. Thank you

Actually I already asked my prev employer yesterday regrding this, I told her to cancel it but she insisted that I can get a new visa, bcoz the old one is expired already. And when I checked that visa number on MOI, it says requested visa not found. But I am still confused. Thanks anyway.
I suggest you contact your previous employer and ask them to cancel your visa without which your new employer will not be able to get a visa issued to you. This is how things appear to me from your case.
