Transfer of wife's visa to her new employer

I want to transfer my sponsorship from my husband to my new employer. What is the process and what documents are required? And how long does it take?

Your spouse should give you a declaration called - NOC in a prescribed format

Your PRO can assist you in transferring the sponsorship.

They should apply visa

Cancel permanent family visa Exit and come in new company visa

But if any company prob u l b in struggle it s always to BE in husband sponsorship

U can search job inside country think and change visa then cancel family visa
