TRANSFER OF SPONSORSHIP

Hello guys

I've spent 6 years with my present employer in Qatar, and recently got a job with a semi-government company in Qatar. After getting NOC, Qatar PCC and everything, the application was rejected at Immigration. The reason was said to be because of my profession and salary details. Please has anyone had this same problem before? What can I do?

Note: My offered salary is above QAR 15,000, for the position of an Environmental Officer. But, the profession on my ID is Foreman. Could this be the reason? And, what is the possible solution

Since you already have the NOC, another option would be to cancel your RP, exit Qatar and return on new work visa with appropriate position.

Yes, speak to your would-be company and see if they can meet anyone who can intervene on your behalf. Good luck.

My thoughts are that you need to change your profession .. Having said that , the best solution can only be offered by the company wishing to recruit you ..
