Surgical Subspecialty Fellowship

Good day,

I am a new graduate general surgeon presently here in a Qatar.

I would like to inquire whether Hamad is the only hospital offering Surgical Fellowship program such as critical care here in Qatar or are there any other hospital offering even observership?

May I also ask, What type of licensed doctors usually get to be the first or second assist in the surgical operations in Hamad/ Al Ahli or other private polyclinics? Is a Specialist licence required or a general scope physician licence will do?
