Can you guys let me know where i can authenticate my HND certificates in Qatar? is it at foreign affairs? i have already authenticated in srilanka foreign affairs.
You have to first get attestation from Sri Lankan Embassy in Qatar then you have to approach Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Qatar (MOFA) for final attestation.
MOFA require attested transcript and collage letter (bonafied letter) along with your Higher National Degree.
you can go to foreign Affairs but i think you need to get a stamp on the certificate from your embassy first and then proceed to Ministry of Foreign affairs. Good Luck
