RP Application - Questions and Next Steps
I am under my spouse's sponsorship and have done my medical and received an SMS that results are okay. My questions are:
- Where do I print the medical results? Do I need to print them off when I go for fingerprint scanning?
- Is there a facility at the immigration office at al gharafa for fingerprinting?
- Will I be able to get the receipts on the same day so I can go straight to submitting my application form (form typed from the medical commission with the visa copy and blood group)
- How long does it usually take after submission of application to get the RP card? Is there an option to get it processed quickly?
Any guidance will be much appreciated. Thank you.

1) Where do I print the medical results? Do I need to print them off when I go for fingerprint scanning? - YOU DON'T NEED TO PRINT IT ACTUALLY AS IT RECORDED ONLINE. YOUR EMPLOYER / SPONSOR WILL LET YOU KNOW WHEN TO GO FOR FINGERPRINTING.
Is there a facility at the immigration office at al gharafa for fingerprinting? - NO! IMMIGRATION OFFICE IS THERE TO PROCESS YOUR VISA.
Will I be able to get the receipts on the same day so I can go straight to submitting my application form (form typed from the medical commission with the visa copy and blood group) - YOU CAN DIRECTLY GO TO ANY OF THE MOI CENTRE AND CAN GET THE RP WHEN YOUR FINGERPRINTING IS DONE. PLEASE TAKE YOUR BLOOD GROUP COPY WHEN YOU GO FOR COLLECTING THE RP.
How long does it usually take after submission of application to get the RP card? Is there an option to get it processed quickly? - YOU CAN TAKE THE RP SOON AFTER YOUR FINGERPRINTING IS OKAY.
