Currently are they accepting family residence visa applied through metrash 2 app ? And why there is no Indian in nationality tab?

Currently are they accepting family residence visa applied through metrash 2 app ? And why there is no Indian in nationality tab?
I caller metrash call center and they told the following:
Indian nationality is not available as they are not accepting family visit or residency application for indian nationalities due to covid condition. Its still suspended. It might open in Oct, but not sure.
Let me know if you have any other update.
What are the documents needed to apply for family RP in Metrash
Which would mean you need to go the old fashioned way of visiting the Immigration office.
I have all the documents required but there is no india in nationality section. Without selecting the nationality I could not proceed further.
You can do it but you will need to have a labour contract to get it working.
