Residence Visa Application – deferred - rejected

Dear QL Members,

Please let me know the validity of the visa status Deferred?

My Husband applied RP for me, and the application status change from “Under Process” to “Deferred “ on the second day

We visited the immigration, and they requested additional documents from us.

While we were in the process of preparing required documents the application status got changed from Deferred to Rejected exactly after 7days

Has anyone faced the same before? Is it the normal process that status will change from deferred to rejected after 7days? If so what step should I take in order to get the RP? Please Advice
