Query Regarding On Arrival Visa for Indian

Dear All, Greetings of the day!

I have come across a few posts regarding On-Arrival Visa for Indians. My wife and kid are planning to visit Qatar in December. I have few specific queires. Specially people who have gone through this process or people who know someone already gone through this process please guide... I am well aware about the need of return ticket, so that is not an issue.

1) Is housing agreement or a hotel booking compulsory? As i am staying in a villa and there is no formal housing agreement as such. So will this be an issue.

2) When flying from India (Mumbai) does the airline or Immigration ask for any specific documents.

3) Do they need to physically carry some Qatari Riyals with them just to show the authroties.

4) Can I give them a signed letter like  a invitation letter mentioning my QID and declaring that I shall be bearing all their expenses during their stay here in Qatar.

5) Is the On-Arrival visa free of cost or do they need to pay anything.

Thanks in advacne.

Best Regards

Ajay
