QID Position Change Help!..

Hello to all, I just want to ask some help regarding my current position in my QID which is "Machine Operator", and want to change it to "Technician".. as i have a plan on getting a driver's license here in Qatar.. may i know the current procedures and where to go..

i have my old(machine optr) and new(technician) contract with labor stamp already..

my credentials also..

please help.. thanks
