Qatar visa for new born baby

Hello,

Currently I am working as a driver in a private firm and my wife working in phcc as a staff nurse. Let us know how to take Qatar visa for new born baby, we would like to take sponcership under my wife's name.

For that attested certificates of parents is mandatory or my wife's certificates is enough?

What all are the documents we need,how much time it will take ?

Is there any agencies avilable in qatar to doing this visa process ?
