Polio Certificate Attestation

Hello Everyone,

This is the 3rd time that to get visa for my wife but its gone difficult though I put all the required documents to apply for visit visa of my wife. My wife is in UAE on visit visa and waiting. Can any one assist me what shoud I do and where should I go?

Can anyone tell me from where I have to attest Polio Vaccination Certificate in Qatar?
