Penalties for Sponsorship law violation/ Freelancer Working.

Dear QL Friends.

What the penalties for the Sponsorship law violation ? Could someone please help me with that? What are fines if one got caught working for the Company which is not his/her sponsor.

What will be the penalties for Employee, Employer, and Sponsor.
