Nw visa law - Work visa transfer

i heard about the new amendments in the work visa laws in Qatar.

1) I want to know if it negates the 2 year waiting period for new work visa under another sponsor.

2)When is the law coming into effect ?

Dear Sir,

After the law is implemented on 14th Dec, 2016 after you complete the duration of your employment contract, you will get NOC from Ministry of Labor.
